Legend has it that the shaman of the old world created a flavour as an offering to the vapour god Zölö. Infusing mellow fruits with an intricate concoction of ripened forest berries they created a flavour worthy of a god.
We recommend allowing the flavour to fully develop over a 48-hour steep.
